For over 50 years, OAR has provided a safety net for justice-involved individuals in our community, and their families. Our reason is simple: we understand that restorative justice is more than just a second chance. OAR understands that parental incarceration induces household instability, childhood homelessness, and increased dependence on public assistance for 1 in 12 children in America. In Northern Virginia, we are here to help.
