Emergency Kit Directions

Hygiene Kit Instructions
- All items should be unopened and travel-size
- Pack in clear plastic bags (Ziplox or Hefty)
- Pack individual bags in a box for delivery to OAR
- Mark bags with “M” or “F” for male or female kits
- Women’s hygiene kits should include: deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, body wash/soap, lotion, and tampoms/pads
- Men’s hygiene kits should include: deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, body wash/soap, lotion, razor, and shaving cream
- Items should fit in the plastic bag comfortably and without difficulty closing zipper.
Snack Pack Instructions
- All items should be travel sized and unopened
- Pack in clear plastic bags (Ziplox or Hefty)
- Pack individual bags in a box for delivery to OAR
- Snack packs should include: granola bar/trail mix, fruit cup, peanut butter or cheese cracker sandwiches, cookies, 12oz water bottle, breath mint/gum.
