Service Coordinator Application

Volunteer to provide a welcoming presence and professional services to OAR clients and visitors

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum age of 18
Non-judgmental attitude toward offenders and their families
No substance abuse issues within the last 2 years
Incurred no arrests, convictions, incarceration probation or parole within the past 2 years

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work with others cooperatively, be personable, and communicate well
Teachable
Proficient in an office environment
Ability to function independently when given a task or multiple tasks
Knowledge of Microsoft Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and process incoming clients and visitors
Answer phone calls, emails, faxes and voicemails
Provide emergency services for walk-in clients (food, hygiene products, clothing, and public transportation)
Schedule appointments
Process payments both over the phone and in person
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain, update and create new profiles in the OAR client database
Complete data entry for OAR client participation and statistics
Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby
