2016 Volunteer Appreciation Night
The 2016 Volunteer Appreciation Night on September 30th was a huge success. OAR volunteers are an instrument of HOPE in the lives of OAR clients. We could not accomplish our mission without them!
OAR would like to extend a big thank you to the entire Fairfax County Sheriff’s office and to Sheriff Stacey Kincaid. The Sheriff’s permitted us to hold our event in the Sheriff’s office roll call room and allowed all interested guests to tour the Adult Detention Center. Sheriff Kincaid also spoke elegantly about her appreciation for the important work performed by volunteers.
