While times have been hard for so many, justice-involved individuals have been significantly affected. Those who are currently incarcerated face a COVID-19 infection rate of 1 in 5, compared to 1 in 20 in the general population. Once released from incarceration, the struggle unfortunately continues with all of the additional stressors of living through a pandemic. OAR wants to help.
